Tutoring can be rewarding profession. It is a great feeling to be able to help children improve academically and at the same time develop a good relationship with the tutees. But not all tutors can be like that. Some would have difficulty while tutoring. How do you resolve this? Develop healthy habits which can make your tutoring a great experience.

Best practices is important since it would ensure that students would be able to meet, even excel, their goals, improve the student’s self-esteem and feel that they have succeeded something. This would create a very positive outlook in life.

There are different habits and practices that should be develop to ensure success. You would hear a lot of tutors sharing their successful techniques, but not everything can be applicable or would work in all circumstances. Although there are certain practices proven to be effective not only for tutors but for teachers as well.

• Create a proactive environment.
Initiate the meeting. Do not wait for the tutee or the parents, to contact you. Be the first person to contact them, make sure that you would be gathering enough information from the tutees. You would like to make sure that you would know their interests, so that you can make sessions more interactive and they would participate more.

• Proper evaluation.
Always make sure that student’s would receive proper evaluation so that strengths and weaknesses will be identified.

• Effective teaching methods.
There are methods that could explain concepts and ideas better and clearly. Remember that in tutoring sessions you do not repeat or lecture about lessons taught in regular classroom. Tutoring is a supplemental education and for troubleshooting purposes. So, you would need to know what topics or ideas are needed to have further explanation and focus on that.

• Preparation.
There are some tutors that just because it is supplemental education they feel that there is no need for preparation before sessions. That is not how it is supposed to be. Imagine that you are teaching in a tutoring center where you are expected to handle as many as 20 tutees. These students would have different levels and at the same would improve in different rates. You would have to be prepared so that you would be able to adapt to their improvement.

Also, you would have to make learning interactive and interesting. Interactive and interesting activities are things that you have to be prepared to do.

• Open communication.

For me, this is actually the key. Maintaining open and healthy communication with students and their parents would actually resolve any possible conflict in the future. A tutor is not only somebody who helps students understand difficult math formula and science topics. A tutors, as a knowledge-provider, is responsible in helping children develop good study habits. As somebody who works with children, tutors are also expected to help them deal with stress and pressure.

Effective communication would also involve communication with parents and children’s teachers. This way, students, parents and teachers would be aware of any academic difficulties. Aside from they would be able to address expectations issues.

• Building the right attitude

As a tutor, you would benefit if you would be displaying approachability, friendliness and patience. Children are said to respond better in an environment where they feel acknowledged, have the attention, and guidance. A tutor is also a guide.

• Love for the craft.

The best way to be successful in tutoring children is by loving the craft itself. Passion for your work would make sure that every lesson is an experience worth having. Actually, there are studies that showed that if tutors would show more passion for their profession, students would give them the due respect.

Blogging has been around for a few years now. Most people use blogs to record their thoughts and lives, while the select few use them as a free way to make a fortune.

One guy who uses this to his advantage is Rob Benwell. In 2006 he dished the dirt on the tips and tricks to making a fortune using blogging. But as time passes the old systems become obsolete and new techniques are required. This is where his brand new, fresh off the press Blogging to the Bank 3.0 system comes into play.

For those who know who Rob Benwell is like me, you've probably made a killing using blogs.

For those who don't, here's the story:

Back in 2005 he was struggling to make any profit online, had dropped out of college and was getting deep into debt. He was trying all the techniques the gurus tell you and wasn't getting anywhere fast. All of that went in the bin and he started using his own techniques and started making more and more money using simple blogs. In early 2006 he shared this with the world and had a great ebook called blogging to the bank. Tons of people got rich from using these techniques (including me). He then spoke at Online Marketing Legend Yanik Silver's underground Seminar where he revealed even more of his underground strategies. Then July 2007 he released Blogging to the Bank 2.0 which showed users his new methods to creating online wealth using blogs. In total both versions have been read by over 50,000 people across the world.

But as I said earlier, the techniques used in these ebooks are now showing there age. Some of them are not even working in the slightest! This is where blogging to the bank 3.0 comes into play.

It's full of great new techniques that work online right now! Everything's explained in plain English with all the fluff cut out. I got hold of an advanced copy of the book for a much higher price than what it actually sells for and it has been worth every single cent! I got it in the afternoon and by the evening I was creating new profitable blogs. Within a couple of hours of them being active I had made a nice little profit.

Blogging To The Bank 3.0 teaches you Robs new step by step blueprint to creating highly profitable long term niche blogs using the newest optimization techniques. There's even a section on advanced Search Engine Optimization. Most people think SEO is difficult but Rob explains this nice and simply so even the blogging newbie will understand it.

Blogging To The Bank 3.0 is a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to make easy money online.
